The idea that moved the founders of the HB International in 1994 was the vision of a company that would develop paths leading to effective and content cooperation between people within organizations.

Today, Ulrike Rösner, Hubert Sonntag and
Stefan Casalino are sought-after contact persons for a growing number of clients both in Germany and abroad.

A team of some 30 trainers, coaches, developers and consultants works on the concepts of the HB International and ensures – together with the client in house - that the planned strategies for change are successfully implemented.

The original vision of the founding initiative has lost none of its magic. Quite the opposite. Today it moves far more people.
